Please remember: The Henry will never ask for your credit card details, CVV, OTP, password, or banking information through an unfamiliar link or message.

Before you click, STOP. CHECK. VERIFY.

• Be cautious of messages creating urgency or threatening cancellation.
• Never share sensitive payment or banking details through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or unfamiliar websites.
• When in doubt, contact the hotel directly using our official contact details.

Payments should only be made through official The Henry payment channels or authorized booking platforms.
